Return Policy

Please take note our Return Policy is 45 Days.

Most items we sell are covered by our 45 day return policy.
If your new & unused* item is defective or isn’t right for you, you have 45 days to return or exchange it. So easy.

All items must be returned in unused original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories.
Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

B) Return in person (Canada only): Returns can be dropped off at our retail store in Tofino, BC during normal business hours.

Exchanges:

  • The easiest way to exchange your new, unused item is to initiate a return and place a new order through our website. This will allow you to get your new item quickly and avoid the risk of it selling out. You will receive a full refund for your new, unused item once we receive the return. Feel free to call us to set up your exchange or answer any questions.
  • We also welcome you visit our retail store to exchange in person.

Exclusions: Surfboards, consignment/used equipment, and items marked "Final Sale" will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. If you have any questions, please contact us by phone or email prior to initiating your return.
