SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 
q: WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU PROVIDE?

Shipping options will be listed in the checkout. The larger the item, the less shipping options will be available, especially surfboards over 9’.

q: HOW DO I ORDER INTERNATIONALLY?

For Canada and US orders, simply go to the checkout to see the applicable shipping charges and sales taxes. Duties & brokerage can be seen for cross border shipments.

For orders outside of US & Canada, please see our International Shipping page and Contact Customer Care.

 
q: WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

Instock items will usually be shipped within 2 business days. If a warehouse transfer is required that will add delays, we will contact you with an update. Approximate delivery durations are provided at the checkout.

q: WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE BEFORE I LEAVE TO MY TRIP?

Products listed on our website, should be instock unless otherwise noted.

If you have a trip planned and need your products by a certain date, please leave comments with your order or Contact Customer Care prior to placing your order.

 
q: SURFBOARDS ARE FRAGILE, HOW DO YOU SHIP THEM?

We ship and receive boards a lot! We take care in packaging your board so it can arrive at your door looking as it did when it left ours.

q: MY ITEM DOES’T FIT, CAN I EXCHANGE IT?

Yes, we want to make sure you get the right fit. If your item is new and unused it can be exchanged within 45 days from original purchase date.

q: HOW CAN I GET THAT AMAZING NEW BOARD FROM MY FAVOURITE SHAPER?

Some new items that have not arrived yet, will be available on our website as Pre-Order. If you don’t see it, Please Contact Customer Care to order.

We are always available to take custom orders and they will be placed in the priority order.

 
q: HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Provided that your order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to do this for you. Please Contact Customer Care to modify your order.

Please note that if a custom order or pre-order has already been placed for you with our supplier, or has already been shipped, the deposit will be forfeit.

 
q: HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We accept many forms of payment including credit card or PayPal directly through our checkout. EFT Payments can be made here on our Payments page. Payments can be made in cash at our Retail Store and Surf School in Tofino, BC.

We will accepting payments via your favourite Crypto currencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and 50+ other AltCoins in the coming future.
